Challenge
Housing & Care 21 are the UK’s largest non-profit care provider. This £7.2m development was needed to provide high quality housing and care service to older people in Rugby. The planners specified that they needed a cost effective and secure roof on this large care unit
Solution
The Lothian was specified due to it’s slate effect thin leading edge and secure interlocking design. Russell’s Dry Fix Systems were also used on the project
Result
The development has been carefully designed to create a welcoming community, providing fully accessible facilities for both residents and the wider community, which include a restaurant, hair salon and well being suite
